Large Grass Fire In Katy, Texas

Fire crews from the Harris County Emergency Services District #48, Katy, Westlake, CYFAIR and other neighboring departments battled a large Grass fire in the unincorporated part of Katy, just West of Houston Monday evening. Fire crews are using a bulldozer to help extinguish the flames. At this time the fire appears to be under control with only some small satellite areas burning and some piles of tires.
