Kodak Retina I (type 013) made by Kodak AG in Stuttgart (1949-1951) fitted with the 50mm f/3.5 Retina-Xenar lens.

Made between 1933 and 1937, amongst other differences, the version on the left has a self-timer mechanism (with the red dot).

It's a strange thing, but in this case, I think the Vaselined version is more true to the reality of the place.... there's a very strong sense that all this might just be a mirage....

The Kodak Tower in the Brown Square neighborhood of Rochester, New York was completed in 1914 with three additional floors added in 1930. It was the tallest building in the city until the Xerox Tower was completed in 1968.
Today it is still the fourth tallest building in the city and is still the headquarters of the Eastman Kodak Company, which apparently is still in business.
