Mums-to-be swear by 'breathable' Amazon linen dress with oversized fit

Amazon shoppers have been left impressed after bagging a linen dress with pockets that's on offer on ahead of Prime Day. 

The Lpecmin Linen Summer Dress has piqued many shoppers' interests and one mum-to-be loved that it is "very breathable" when wearing in hot weather. It features a comfortable round neckline and a slight pleat detail right under the bust, and not to mention there are two functional pockets on the sides.

The price differs depending on the colour and size you choose, but the discount will cut the price to around £20. 

The mum-to-be bought the dress in Khaki and shared: "I am six months pregnant and getting ready for the summer. This cotton linen dress is perfect for me! I really like how this feel on skin, quite smooth for linen and wind can get in everywhere which is great for hot weather.

"If you like your dress ironed then this may be less straightforward due to all the pleats, but I am a 'naturalist', which means I don't bothered and for linen wear I think it does not look too bad."

Another shopper got one in classic black and said she loved the comfortable fit, adding: "This is a lovely linen dress with an oversized fit so it looks relaxed and casual but also quite chic and contemporary. It's really easy-to-wear and feels comfortable.

"You can wear it free-flowing or cinch it at the waist for some shape; either way it looks great on. The linen blend fabric is thick and feels like good quality."

A third reassured shoppers that the dress is "not see-through" and said she didn't need to wear a slip dress underneath. " It's smart but casual, the linen quality is very good. Having the pockets makes it even better. It is so comfortable and flattering. I bought a large as I am size 14. I liked it so much I have one in each colour," she added.

But one mentioned that it creases easily and added: "I like the style and fit but am very wary that it will need ironing both before and after wearing, which isn't always practical."

With an average 4.2 out of five stars, many agreed that the Lpecmin dress "exceeded their expectations", with one writing: "Yes linen creates but no surprise there - I actually love the look of this dress slightly crinkled, seems to add to the charm - looks great on its own or dressed up with a long necklace and/or scarf."

Marks and Spencer's Linen Rich Printed V-Neck Shift Dress is a good option for those who love prints. The £32.50 garment features a loose fit with an A-line hem. Elsewhere, this JD Williams Anthology Sleeveless Linen Swing Midi Dress has an effortless design that goes well with sandals and wedges.
