    Visualising population health needs and crafting a workforce response

    This webinar will explore the visualisation of population health needs, with a particular focus on cardiovascular disease, co-morbidities, and determinants of health, discussing current perspectives and future challenges. It will provide strategies to align workforce profiles with population demands, emphasising the importance of matching skills and capacities to health needs. Additionally, the webinar will highlight the necessity of nurturing the required workforce through targeted education and training initiatives.
