The Indianapolis District Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., except for Federal holidays. Walk-ins are accepted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Individuals who walk-in will be screened and appropriate action will be taken. Individuals with appointments, and persons whose statute of limitation are about to expire are given priority, and we may not be able to interview people who do not have an appointment.
Although walk-ins are accepted, scheduling an interview is strongly recommended. To schedule an intake appointment with the EEOC, use the online system at https://publicportal.eeoc.gov/portal/ or access the system though our website at https://www.eeoc.gov.
