The office hours for the Chicago District Office are 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The building is accessible via public transportation Transit Chicago, and there are several public parking garages in addition to nearby metered street parking south of the building. Visitors must use the east entrance or south ADA accessible entrance, and all visitors are required to clear airport-style security and comply with rules and regulations governing conduct on federal property [PDF - 351 KB]. There are various restaurants within walking distance of the building, a snack shop on the second floor of the building, and vending machines on floors 2 and 29.

You may schedule an appointment with a member of our staff via phone, in-office video, or in-person. Walk-ins are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will be screened by our intake staff on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that appointments are prioritized.
Individuals who are unresponsive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment times will be rescheduled.
