Environmental information systems
The European Environment Agency (EEA) uses an ‘open call for tenders’ procedure for purchases above EUR 143,000.
The EEA is part of the Funding and Tender Portal, a platform where EU institutions and Agencies publish their call for tenders and proposals. This platform publishes procurement documents and manages inquiries concerning the specifications and procedures for procurements valued at EUR 143,000 or above.
There, you can also consult and download all procurement instructions and forms related to that specific call (i.e. invitation letter, tender specifications, draft contract and any templates necessary to submit an offer).
