Nat Belkov
Design Director
Nat Belkov is the James Beard Award-nominated design director at Eater, and a contributing writer for Eater's local and national coverage. An alum of Smith College, Nat joined Eater in 2022 after helming creative teams in advertising and brand design. In addition to overseeing design across Eater brand extensions, Nat creative directs Eater editorial packages such as the ASME digital design award finalist, Mall Food Madness. He is also a volunteer with New York City-based non-profit Send Chinatown Love, with whom he co-authored the James Beard Award-nominated cookbook Made Here in July 2023.
