As an active member of our community, we are lending our capabilities to Black-owned businesses in the area by providing the essential steppingstones that make brands compelling, enduring and distinctive.
Calling All Currently Operating, Black-Owned Businesses
We invite Black small-business owners in Kentuckiana to apply for the chance to partner with Doe-Anderson. Together, we’ll address a marketing or business challenge at no cost to you for the agency’s professional services. Please note, All Hands is not soliciting business pitches or ideas. The pro bono program is for existing companies and is not a grant.

Eligibility
Applicants should:
Identify as Black or BIPOC
Be an owner of a business that is already in operation
Be based in the Louisville, Ky., greater metro area
Show a need for assistance in advertising or marketing that the applicant could not afford themselves
The selection process will be based on:
The company’s need for strategic guidance in owned and earned media (e.g., brand strategy, creative/design, social media, website assistance/statistics and public relations).
Note: if a media budget is available, this could include strategy on media buying.
