Off he goes: Orlando Bloom was honouring his routine on Wednesday as he was spotted throwing himself into a gruelling run with his dog Buddy on Prague
Orlando was working hard on staying in his superstar shape as he zipped down the street for the run while in the company of his pup.
Back in March, Orlando admitted he had been mocked by his friends and family after sharing a very cringeworthy account of his California lifestyle.
At the time, Orlando treated fans to a glimpse of his incredibly lavish life with his fiancée Katy Perry and their daughter, Daisy Dove, who turns one next week.
Orlando, who recently purchased a $14.2M compound in Montecito, revealed he starts his day by 'eye-gazing' with Daisy, before engaging in 20-minute Buddhist chants to help him 'stay on the rails', and eating 'green powders'.

Following the candid look into his daily routine, Orlando revealed has been a 'running joke' since he revealed his healthy eating tips and schedule.
He confessed he regularly has collagen powder, green powders and 'brain octane oil' for his breakfast and since the interview went viral, his friends and family apparently haven't stopped making his comments the punchline of all of their jokes.
Speaking on The Chris Evans Virgin Radio breakfast show, he quipped: 'I've been the running joke of my friend groups and family. I was asked what my porridge recipe was. By the way, vanilla in your porridge will take it to the next level.'
'I could have come off the rails': He detailed his exhaustive wellness routine in an interview earlier this year (pictured in 2017)
The screen star originally shared how he switches between cooking himself plant-based lunches or having a 'team' of chefs prepare his meals, and insisted he has a ban against tracksuit bottoms at home in a bid to 'make an effort'.
Orlando - who was born in Kent - explained that he wakes up at 6.30 and monitors his 'readiness' via his sleep-tracking smart ring app, before checking in on his baby girl while singer Katy, 36, enjoys a 'lie-in'.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star told The Times: 'Daisy's a very happy baby. I'll kiss her and we'll spend some time connecting...
Aw! Orlando, who recently purchased a $14.2M compound in Montecito, revealed he starts his day by 'eye-gazing' with Daisy (pictured shortly after her birth last year)
'I'll do eye-gazing with her and sing songs, 'Daddy loves his Daisy Dove', so she knows who Daddy is. My son's first word was 'Mama', but Daisy said 'Dadda'. It's amazing to be a father again.'
The thespian, who also shares son Flynn, 10, with ex-wife Miranda Kerr, enthused about feeling 'less anxious and more present' the second time round.
On him and the musician 'craving a routine', Orlando added: 'I've had a Buddhist practice since I was 16, so that's infiltrated my whole being... [without it], I could have easily come off the rails. I feel that I can be the driver of my train.'
