The High School Musical alum, 35 - who confirmed the birth of her first child with husband Cole Tucker last week on Friday - flashed a cheerful smile as she filmed a quick selfie video.
She donned a colorful, patterned dress while her dark locks were parted in the middle, and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in voluminous waves.
The new mom - who tied the knot with the MLB player, 28, last year in December - accessorized the look with a necklace that had a shiny, gold heart pendant on the front.
A warm blush was added to her cheekbones that offered a luminous glow, while a nude matte tint was worn on her lips.

In the caption, Hudgens penned to her 51.3 million fans and followers, 'Fresh trim n blow out got me feelin myself lol.'
She held a big grin on her face and also puckered her lips towards the camera before the clip came to an end.
