Brittany Hockley has revealed she practised 'making babies' during her very romantic 'engagement moon' with her new fiancé Benjamin Siegrist earlier this month.

The Bachelor star, 36, recently returned from a lavish trip to the Maldives with Swiss goalkeeper Ben, 32, after he popped the question in a beach proposal last month.

Brittany hinted at a steamy getaway while chatting with her best friend Laura Byrne on their Life Uncut podcast this week.

She kicked off their latest podcast episode by saying: 'We're back from our baby break - woah that made it sound like I had a baby, I meant like a mini break!'

She then teased: 'I had a break and practised making babies, so it sort of was a baby break!'

The I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Australia star went on to give an insight into how her relationship with Benjamin has changed since they got engaged.

She said she loves him even more since he got down on one knee, and knew he was 'The One' from when they very first started dating.

'I love him infinitely, even before we got engaged I knew he was "The One". I just loved him so much! Then when we got engaged, I loved him even more,' she said.

'I look at him all the time - it's disgusting and I disgust myself - I look at him and I'm like, ''I just can't believe you're mine'' and then I vomit in my mouth.'

She also revealed she is finding their long distance relationship harder after their engagement.

The couple currently split their time between Australia and Scotland, where Benjamin lives and plays as goalkeeper for top flight football club Celtic.

Despite getting engaged, they are continuing their relationship long-distance for now, though Benjamin is eyeing up a move to Australia in the future.

'I don't think much is going to change,' Ben recently said of their long-distance romance. 'I proposed because I'm in love, so that doesn't change... It doesn't really change for me or for us.

'Obviously, the end goal is to live together, of course... Somewhere down the line, after my career or just before my career comes to an end, I'd love to live in Australia. I love Australia. I love the people, how friendly they are.'

Brittany added: 'For us, it's just worked well for now and it will keep working because I'm not currently saying yes to marry somebody because of the day-to-day. I'm saying yes to marry the person that he is.'

Brittany announced their engagement last month in an adorable post.

In photographs shared to Instagram, Brittany looked over-the-moon as she beamed from ear-to-ear while flashing her diamond sparkler.

In an accompanying caption, she gushed: 'In any lifetime it's a YES! Just two people loving each other for the rest of our lives.'

Brittany said her engagement ring was sourced and made in Dubai and it features a hidden halo under the diamond in a pavé setting.

She also explained that the diamond is lab-grown, which is more cost-effective and ethically sourced compared to natural diamonds.

'Whenever Ben and I had spoken about [engagement], I had said the two things I want: I want yellow gold. And the other thing, I always wanted a lab-grown diamond,' Brittany said on her podcast.

'Ben didn't really know about it then, but he was like, "Don't you want a real diamond?" And I said, "It's identical. It's exactly the same, except ethically-sourced".'

The cost of a lab grown diamond is around 40 to 50 per cent less than an earth-mined diamond, though it is still a real diamond.

Brittany went Instagram official with Benjamin in January last year after meeting in November 2022 on the celebrity dating app Raya.

They connected on the dating app while Benjamin and his Celtic FC teammates were in Australia playing against Sydney FC.
