Rebecca Judd has recalled the moment she met her AFL star husband Chris for the first time during her modelling days in Bangkok.

The WAG, 41, took to Instagram on Monday to share a video of herself tanning while she answered fans' burning questions about her life.

In the video, she showed off her incredible figure in a black strapless bikini while applying her Spray Aus tanning mousse and dishing on her romance with Chris, 40.

She said she met the footy star when she was just 20 years old during a visit back home to Perth while she was living and modelling in Bangkok, Thailand.

Bec said she was out drinking with her friends at the Cottesloe Beach Hotel when she laid eyes on Chris for the first time and immediately knew she liked him.

She confessed she wasn't very confident talking to men at the time, but decided to approach Chris and they quickly hit it off.

'It's weird, I didn't really have lots of boyfriends growing up and I was very, very, very picky and I saw him and I was like ''damn! I like him'',' she said.

'I was a bit drunk, I had a load of red wine so I was quite confident because I didn't really used to be confident with guys.

'I went over, started chatting to him - I won't tell you what happened that night.

'I liked him straight away. Like really, really liked him straight away. That's it, we met at The Cot and the rest is history.'

After she started dating Chris, Bec decided to stop modelling overseas so she could spend time with him and went to study Curtin University in Perth after previously deferring her placement.

'When I met [Chris] I was 20 and I decided that I didn't want to model overseas anymore because I wanted to hang with him, so my deferred uni place, I ended up taking it up,' she explained.

'I went to Curtin University in Perth, did a year of journalism, filming and TV and then switched over to speech pathology, which is a little bit random.'

Bec said she decided to study speech pathology after first wanting to be a doctor as a child.

The TV presenter also gave an insight into her days modelling in Bangkok before meeting Chris, describing it as one of the 'best' times in her life.

Explaining how the opportunity came about, Bec told how her modelling agency in Perth found her an agent in Singapore, prompting her to move there at the age of 18.

After deferring university to model there for a year, she then moved to Bangkok to continue modelling, and described living in Thailand as 'incredible'.

'I was 19 when I lived in Bangkok and it was like one of the best years of my life, it was so fun! Bangkok is the most amazing city, incredible culture, amazing shopping, beautiful hotels, incredible work,' she said.

'I used to do the best campaigns when I lived there, I think because production there is so good.

'There were always so many opportunities, lots of international brands would come to Thailand and do their filming.

'So one day I might be doing like Head and Shoulders TV commercials for Germany and the day after that, I'd be filming a Coca Cola TV commercial for India.

'The work was insane as a 19 year old living in Bangkok, in a model house, having fun, earning great money. It was just one of the best times in my life. It was so fun.'

Bec has since returned to her fashion roots, having co-founded an athleisurewear line Jaggad with her friend Michelle Greene and their husbands Chris and Steven.

After meeting Chris as a teenager, the couple went on to tie the knot on December 31, 2010, at Melbourne's Albert Park.

They have since welcomed four children - son Oscar, 12, daughter Billie, nine, and  twins Tom and Darcy, seven - and live in a $7.3million mansion in Brighton, Melbourne.
