The Manchester City star, 28, took to Instagram to share the happy announcement alongside a picture of himself placing a hand on Sasha's growing baby bump to break the news.
'Life's biggest blessing,' the England footballer captioned the post, while Sasha, also 28, wrote: 'Half of me, half of you - beyond blessed.'

Sasha and Jack have a sweet love story that saw them begin dating as teenagers while attending school together in the Birmingham suburb of Solihull.
The pair have been together since they were just 16 years old and the model has supported the footballer throughout his career.
They had initially managed to keep their relationship under wraps, but rumours began to circulate about a possible romance after she was spotted supporting him during England's Euro 2020 games at Wembley.

Speaking about the shocking abuse she received at the time, Sasha said: 'I was receiving 200 death threats a day. I'm not exaggerating when I say that.
'I had so many messages every single day. I still get them now, all day every day.'
She said: 'Things have obviously blown up over the Euros, but I never thought in a million years it would ever be this bad.
'It just kind of blows my mind how nasty people can be for no reason whatsoever.
'I've always been quite a strong person, I've always been very good at blocking out people's opinions. But it's on a whole other level.'
Sasha added: 'It's just crazy. It's the nasty messages about my appearance, people's opinions. What are you all doing? It's embarrassing.

'You hear people talking about trolling, but I never realised how bad it actually was. The scary thing is, it's young girls.
'I'd go on these girls' accounts who have sent me stuff and they're 13 or 14. It's so sad. I try to put it down to age but then I think when I was that age I never sent a message like that.
'I think it's so toxic, social media, and it's really sad these generations have grown up thinking that it's OK to say things like that.
'Why are you doing it? Please ask yourself why.
'If you're one of those people who goes out of your way to make a fake account or to send a horrible message, wishing someone was dead or talking about their appearance, or talking about their personal life, why, what are you getting out of it?'
Sasha said the messages were 'horrible' and left her feeling 'so anxious', adding: 'I didn't ask for any of that, didn't ask for anything to be put out there, but it's out there, isn't it, and I'm just going to continue to carry on as normal'.

A source said: 'Sasha is in pieces over this. Sasha has had to deal with death threats and online abuse over and over again during the time she's been with Jack.
'But this feels very different. For people to come into her new home in this way has left her terrified. She's not been on her own since it happened and right now doesn't want to be.
'Jack is particularly angry about the impact this has had on Sasha. They've been together nearly half of his life and he loves her to bits.
'He will now do anything to protect her. They've got their dream home but it means nothing if she's not happy and Jack wants her to feel as safe in it as possible.'
