Sia teamed her coat with a simple, long black dress and black boots, while she stored her essentials in a tan Celine tote bag.
Her blonde locks were styled into a topknot and accessorised with a black plaited hairband, while she added a pop of colour to her look with a sweep of red lipstick.
Meanwhile, Kathy opted for a blue patterned maxi dress which she wore with her black jacket and white trainers.
The duo certainly appeared to be enjoying themselves with Kathy clutching Sia's arm as they smiled for the cameras.

In August, comedian Kathy revealed she had been getting help from her 'celebrity voice doctor' Sia as she strived to get her 'voice back' following a surgery earlier that month where half of her left lung was taken out.
Kathy revealed her stage one lung cancer diagnosis in early August despite never having smoked and has been updating her fans on her recovery.
'Working on getting my voice back with a special visit from my celebrity voice doctor. Enjoy!,' Kathy teased as she gave her followers an update on her vocal progress.
'Hi you guys. Here's an update. So my surgery has been I think, three weeks and my voice is still hoarse as you can tell, but my doctor has been giving me vocal exercises...
'And the weirdest thing happens which is when I sing my voice is fine, like watch,' she said before she opened her mouth and the words to Chandelier by Sia came out in perfect pitch.
Vocal coach: In August, comedian Kathy joked she had been getting help from her 'celebrity voice doctor' Sia as she strived to get her 'voice back' following a surgery earlier that month where half of her left lung was taken out
Sia humorously stood off camera and sang the words while Kathy lip-synced creating the illusion that it was her voice until she panned the camera to her.
'Did i mention my doctor is Sia? Very strict,' Griffin added which drew laughter from Sia.
The two appeared to be spending some quality one on one time together as Kathy continues to recover from her surgery.
In September, Kathy admitted she is still suffering from 'vocal cord issues' amid her cancer treatment.
Learning from the best: The famed Chandelier crooner paid Kathy a visit and in the process exercised her pipes while Kathy lip synced
Although she's previously shared health updates in video messages on social media, her latest news came in the form of a typed message, in which she admitted she has also been struggling with her breathing and a cough.
'One thing that sucks about cancer, it's hard to focus on anything else when one is experiencing shortness of breath, deep coughing, pain, extreme fatigue & in my case, vocal chord issues,' Kathy wrote in an Instagram post.
However, Kathy could still see the lighter side of her condition as she loves using it to 'clap back' at her critics.
She added: 'One thing that doesn't suck about cancer...how shameless I am when clapping back at people who dare to sass Ms. Kathy about anything with 'Really, d***head??? TRY CANCER!' I cannot get enough of it.'
