Refund policy

At Craftd, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we’ll offer an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Please use our online portal for all returns and exchanges.

Any returns made after the 14-day window will not be eligible for an exchange. However, If you return an item after this time, we’ll be happy to hook you up with store credit. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary. 

If your order has been lost in transit without sufficient proof of postage, we won’t be able to process your return request. However, if you’re able to provide a valid postage receipt or tracking number for your return, we’ll honor your return with store credit. 
Please note that any and all postage costs are non-refundable.
