On Monday 3 June 2024 at 3 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Administrative Tribunal in the Tribunal’s Hearing Room in Strasbourg (D Building) in Appeal No. 743/2024 – B. S. v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank.

The hearing will be open to the public and will be chaired by Paul Lemmens, Chair of the Tribunal.
