Tyler Bate undergoes successful surgery for torn pec

Last Tuesday (July 2) on NXT, Tyler Bate teamed with his New Catch Republic tag partner Pete Dunne as they picked up a win over Hank Walker & Tank Ledger. Last night (July 8) on Raw, WWE informed us that Bate suffered an injury during that match, Michael Cole said the 27 year old English lad would be “out of action for a bit.”

In revealing the exact nature of his injury today, Bate upgraded his time off estimate to “quite some time”. He also shared some pics from before and after the surgery he had to reattach his left pectoral major muscle and tendon.

I’ll be gone for some time while I recover, try not to miss me too much.
I’m in good spirits and looking forward to seeing you all again soon, lots of love,
