This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Business Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity forindividuals looking to advance their career in business operations, including process and analysis. Thesuccessful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our business processes, ensuring operational efficiency, analyzing data to drive decision making, and supporting various operational initiatives. This position is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across the business segment. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Partner with business analytics counterparts to develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue
  • Leverage data - driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decision-making


Revenue & Forecast Management

  • Assist in management of the sales forecasting process, analyzing trends and variances to provide accurate and timely projection
  • Collaborate with GTM Analytics and Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting, which include but not limited to acquisition, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals and exit MRR
  • Identify and address any operational roadblocks impacting the sales and customer care team's ability to close deals and progress pipeline


Process Optimization

  • Streamline and standardize business operations processes to drive consistency and scalability
  • Implement tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity
  • Document and socialize best practices to enable the broader team


As a key member of the Business Operations team, you will have a direct impact on the success of the business segment to scale their businesses. By applying your business operations expertise, you will help teams across the segment build deeper relationships with their customers, and deliver the passion andexpertise that they demand. Your work will directly contribute to the growth and success of the segment, a strategic priority for the broader RingCentral business.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, sales operations or equivalent function
  • Must be a self starter, able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer centric approach with interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical parties
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to positive work culture
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Tableau, Salesforce

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $88,000 and $164,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
