/4 cup fresh sage leaves

/2 cup Simple Syrup (see Recipe Index)

/2 tsp. kosher salt

12-oz. can club soda

quartered Meyer or regular lemons

Preparation

  1. Muddle lemons, sage leaves, Simple Syrup, and salt in a pitcher. Just before serving, add club soda and stir to combine. Divide among 4 rocks glasses filled with ice.
