Look for the passion fruit juice in the boxed juice section of your grocery store—our favorite brand is Ceres. It’s got the perfect sweet-sour flavor to bridge the gap between the fruity wine and slightly bitter Aperol.

  • Delicious and pretty. We skipped the grapefruit garnish and used dried orange slices instead. A nice change from the typical spritz.

  • The cocktail was really tasty and a crowd pleaser! Sweet, but not sickly, I found that the balance was excellent. I did put all the ingredients in, could not distinct the lime, but still worth adding it in since it gives a nice tang. For sure saving it and adding it to my favourites! More refined and more interesting than a regular spritz.

  • I made this as a single serving using 3 parts cava, 2 parts passionfruit juice and 1.5 parts aperol and it was pretty delicious! Not sure I'd go to the bother of adding lime and sugar.
