  • Not sure why this has low reviews - it’s a favorite at our house!

  • I made the Shockingly Easy No-Knead Focaccia from BA (keeping it in house) for the base, roasted beets and used the beet greens in the salad and used goat cheese. This is a great sandwich. A repeater for sure.

  • This sandwich is so flavor, not sure why the rating is so low! My fiancé said it was delicious, and he hates beets. I did use fresh beets though instead of pickled.

  • Love the flavors in this sandwich!! It’s so fresh and so many different profiles. It’s very satisfying and we are not vegetarians but I would pick this over some meat sandwiches. I’m not sure why it has not such great reviews. I’m thinking it probably comes down to the bread. Invest in a good bakery foccachia, it makes all the difference.
