Preparation

    Bring cider and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Let cool, then transfer to an airtight container. Cover and chill.

    Apple Cider Syrup can be made 1 week ahead. Keep chilled.
