Education
Students and opportunities
Overview
Our postgraduate program supported and extended the broader research activities of the Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC. We provided two main types of support – postgraduate (funded) and associate.
The postgraduate scholarship program provided access to full and top-up scholarships over three and a half years, and access to industry expertise and support.
The associate student program was specifically designed for students conducting research in relevant areas but not already directly involved with the CRC. This research was of significant interest to CRC stakeholders.
Opportunities
For student opportunities in natural hazards research please visit the education section of the Natural Hazards Research Australia website. The Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC education program wound up 30 June 2021. You can explore the outputs and impact of our students through the Driving Change pages.
