I filed a dispute with Foundation Finance regarding a faulty water treatment system I purchased through Rain soft. The system no longer works and they refuse to fix the issue. Not only that they cut the machine off and refuse to come back to cut it on. I filled a dispute with Foundation Finance on March 25 2024. I have been speaking with ******* who continues to give me the run arounds. I then asked for a manager and left several messages. ******* continues to tell me shes in a meeting multiple times her name from what I was told is ******* and has not mad an effort to reach out to me to get this matter resolved. Because ******* is clueless as to what I need to do. Whenever I call ******* is the only person they allow me to speak with no matter how many times Ive requested management. Its now four months later and nothing has been resolved regarding my dispute.
