I placed an order on June 27th for sunglasses and two personalized items. On July 10th, the tracking showed that they tried to deliver twice, once at 1 a.m., and another time after 10 p.m. No one called or knocked on the door. Finally, I received a message from Temu, that my package was undeliverable because the address was wrong, and sent it back. I had waited for two weeks for those personalized items, and now I am stuck. Also, I got an "oops" from the company, only a partial refund, and a partial credit. No one addressed them lying about delivering, because many packages have arrived in the past, and no additional compensation.

I was very ***** of Temu but curious, so I placed a small order and was pleased with my purchase. I have placed multiple orders for products ranging from household goods , recreational items to clothing. I have only returned 4 items of clothing and a slip and slide that was defective. There has been no issue with returns and they did not require return of the defective product. I had taken a photo for proof of the problem. For my other returns, a prepaid postage label was issued and specific guidelines were requested for return. It was just as easy as an Amazon return. Some of their products are not the best price available but if you keep checking you can find incredible deals. I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of the kitchen items.Ordering clothes on line from anywhere is a ****** until you know a company so I have ordered dresses, tops, pants and bathing suits. Sizes have been clearly stated and fit as expected. I have returned a few items because I did not like the material but the quality was not the issue.I recommend this company.
