Krispy Kreme is getting nice for World Kindness Day.
The chain is offering a box of a dozen glazed donuts free with no purchase necessary. However, only to the first 500 people who visit participating locations and only today, Nov. 13.
The sweet promotion is only happening in the United States.
“World Kindness Day is an opportunity to make a positive difference by being generous,” Krispy Kreme global chief brand officer Dave Skena said in a press release. “Simple gestures of caring and thanks, including sharing a sweet treat, is a great way to do that.”
“We hope a dozen Original Glazed donuts – one doughnut for you and many to share with others – will inspire millions of small acts of kindness,” he continued.
The free box of donuts is only available to the first 500 customers at each participating store and just today, Nov. 13.
