French fry lovers rejoice!
Wendy’s is rolling out a new deal that will kickstart you into weekend mode every week for the rest of the year.
Starting today, the fast food giant is offering app users free french fries every Friday.
People reports that the promotion can be used both in mobile orders or in-store as long as you load the offer onto your account before paying.
With no purchase price minimum, this means you have 37 more opportunities this year to snag free fries, though if you’re a fan of dipping your fries in a Frosty (it’s a thing!), you won’t be able to get a vanilla one for now.
Wendy’s temporarily replaced the vanilla Frosty with a Dreamsicle one beginning on March 19.
A company spokesperson said that the “Orange Dreamsicle Frosty is a unique spin on a familiar flavor, packing a spoonful of sweet orange notes combined with the classic smooth vanilla Frosty for a dreamy orange cream experience. The eye-catching orange color of this delectable treat was inspired by the spring season.”
No changes for chocolate Frosty fans though- the menu mainstay since 1969, and one of the original five menu items for the chain, is available year-round.
