Oprah Winfrey has quite the interesting guilt-free pasta recipe.

Winfrey recently posted video to her Instagram discussing how she creates a delectable pasta dish without butter, something she’s trying to avoid while she puts “health at the top of her to-do list.” In the clip she whips up her own Butter-Free Lemon Pasta and instead of butter or cream she uses oatmeal.

“As many of you know, I’ve been putting my health at the top of my to-do list by hiking regularly, watching what I eat, and cutting butter out of my diet. Thanks to Chef Philippe for helping me with the latter!” She captioned the social media post.

While getting to work in the video, Oprah tells the viewer she’s going to show how to make her “favorite pasta with the least amount of points or calories possible.”

Winfrey brings in her chef Philippe Chevalier to help with the cooking, as it is his recipe.

“When we first met, I loved his food, but there was one problem – too much cream, too much butter – because that’s what the French love, right?” Winfrey asks.

“North of France, correct,” the chef replies.

Winfrey explains she thought having a French chef would cause her to gain weight but that it has actually been the opposite.

“I’m gonna show you hot to make a fantastic pasta,” she says. “I was saying to him I can’t believe there’s no cream in it. So this is the secret.”

The video then shows the finished product but there is a full explainer and video on Winfrey’s site.
