Excellent Sound Quality for a while

This home theater system was even more than I expected. Although there are many various sound settings that I may never use the overall operation of the system is quite simple. About 3 months after my purchase the left surround channel has stopped working. The only solution from Yamaha is to ship the unit to a service center in New York for repair. I am trying to get a replacement from Asurion.
