So I have a pair of nreal glasses now known as xreal. They broke after 9 months or so. I contacted asurion and they said to contact the manufacturer to repair them. Odd but okay and nreal did repair them. A few months later passed and the factory warranty expired. I’m covered under asurion for three years… right? That’s what I paid for anyhow. The glasses broke again and I tried to contact asurion and I got the Amazon sad puppy pic each time I click on the warranty I bought for them. I next contacted asurion and a few days later… ghosted. I told them a repair, refund or even exchange and I a satisfied costumer. Fair, right? Days later and here I remain and wait… unsatisfied… like a sad puppy dog thing “something went wrong.
