Each Method bottle is oval-shaped and easy to hold in the shower without being slippery. The 18 oz bottle can last a month if used daily and since they come in a pack of 6, the set should last about 6 months. It is a low-foam solution but cleans well. The scent is quite strong in the bottle but gets better when you actually use it as it gets diluted with water.
