I am returning to get the XL since it was just a tad too tight in the bust (couldn't close the little snap at the top). I have broad shoulders so that takes up room in the bust as well. I LOVE this dress! I cannot wait for the XL to get here. I would say the dress is 100% true to size. It lays very nice. I love the waistband which is very forgiving for a 60 year old menopausal lady. It's very flattering. I may buy a few more in other colors.

There is just no way to compensate for the lack of fabric. I bought a medium and a large. The medium fit perfectly every where but the bust! My entire bust was exposed! The large fit absolutely no where! Returned the large. I gifted the medium to a friend and she looked lovely!

This is a very pretty dress and fit my usual size large. It does have an elastic waist and the belt was secured in a baggy inside the dress. However, the waist was just a tad tight for me. It also made me look a but "frumpy" and it just wasn't for me. The fabric is soft and flowy. No wrinkles upon arrival. I would order a size up, but then I think the top part of the dress would be too baggy for me. I am returning this. But if you are on the fence about it, order it as they are pretty.
