Not sure what the guy with all the rules is talking about, I have never built anything bigger than an IKEA dresser in my life and I built this with a china crescent wrench, beat up Bosch drills and the tools this came with. I learned some things as I went (when screwing the support beams together, make sure you get them lined up and screwed tight) and did it all by myself. My wife helped hold the long sides while I connected the shorter sides.
The instructions weren’t bad, had to think about what it was asking me to do a little bit but it’s not the worst I’ve read.
I built it solo over 3 days, the top was the worst part because the black roof just absorbs heat, I wore gloves putting all of that stuff together during the day time.
Really enjoying it now, great price and it feels very sturdy.

Q: I didn't receive any hardware or instructions.
A: If you have any hardware or installation instructions missing after receiving the package, please tell us immediately with your order number, and we will reissue the corresponding hardware and electronic instructions for you. If you plan to hire other professionals or friends to help you assemble the hardtop gazebo, we recommend that you confirm that all parts, hardware, and instructions are complete before contacting the installer.
Q: Is it easy to install?
A: Our instructions have detailed installation steps with pictures and are marked with corresponding numbered stickers on each part. Some roof installation parts require more human help, so the cooperation of 3-5 people will make the whole installation process quick and labor-saving. In addition, ladder and pistol drill would be helpful. Of course, if you encounter any problems during installation, you can let us know and our after-sales team will answer your questions.
Q: I did not receive all the parts.
A: Due to the size of 11' x 13', our outdoor gazebo will be delivered to you in 4 boxes. Usually, they don't arrive at the same time, so be patient if you've only received a few boxes of them. If you haven't received the complete 4 boxes of parts for a long time, please tell us immediately, we will have professional after-sales team to help you solve the problem together.
Q: Are the holes not perfectly aligned?
A: We are confident in the quality of our patio gazebo, and we have gained the trust of many buyers. In our experience, it will be helpful to slightly loosen brackets under panels if holes not lining up. Fix the parts when they are all pre-connected.

Directions could have been better. Roof bolts on top were a little difficult to reach and tighten. BUT, it is exactly like the pictures on line! Stunning, gorgeous. The wood and metal marry up perfectly! Price is right for the quality. Very happy.

Did not like the open roof on the ends. I closed it in with fence boards. Instructions were easy to follow. I did it all my self. Everything fit perfectly. Just leave bolts loose until all put together.
