About Soundbass

Soundbass is a small team of mechanical & acoustic engineers with over 30 year’s experience in the audio accessories design field, founded in the UK in 2014. We specialize in designing Bespoke AV accessories including wall mounts, stands & cases for brands like Sonos & Bose.

We designed our stands to compliment the Sonos speaker perfectly, mirroring the shape of the speaker in our perfectly colour matched base. The overall proportions of the stand mean the Sonos speaker remains the centre of attention rather than stealing the limelight.

💠BASE SHAPE - The shape of the base means that it can perfectly slide under the sofa to give you that all-important space back.

🔑LOCKING SYSTEM - Unlike our competition the speaker is not just balanced on the top, our design means securely locked onto the stand, using our patent-pending locking system, meaning small knocks from children or maybe the dog's tail won't send your speaker crashing to the floor.

↕️CABLE MANAGEMENT - The built-in cable management system allows wires to be hidden inside stand tubes and cleanly pass under the stand base.

🔲MATCHED COLOUR - We have finished the stands in colour matched high-quality and knock resilient powder-coated paint. Available in Matte Black or White.

📏OPTIMAL HEIGHT - The stand height is fixed at 33" (83cm) which is the optimal listening height when sitting on your sofa or listening chair.

🔊UNBRANDED - We have not stuck unsightly branding all over the product, and branding is hidden away to preserve clean aesthetics.

I purchased two of these to hold my Sono speakers. One order was perfect will all the pieces.

Edit: Below was my fault, I found the parts and updated rating to 5 from 3

The second order was missing a few screws so they replaced it. BUT now the replacement order is missing screws! Sooo close to completing this project but sooooo far!

The attachment of the speaker to the base is secure in that I don't think the speaker will fall off, but it doesn't hold it down flush so with little time the speaker can tilt a bit on the platform. Additionally the plastic mechanism used to interconnect the two rods that make up the stand is very useless for keeping the rod straight. No matter how hard it's pushed in or realigned the weight of the speaker causes a minor bend which is visually apparent even from far away. The stand is easy to assemble however. Provided its nice appearance matched functionality, it would be a good stand.
