I installed the ShowerShroom in my shower floor to replace a raised, plastic hair catcher that didn’t work well (messy) and was a possible trip hazard to boot. The ShowerShrrom fits neatly and flatly in the opening and does a great job of catching my long hair strands. Easy to use and clean up. Looks great too.

Previously bought a hair catcher but when the sides collected hair (even when it was clean before shower), the water wouldn't drain since holes were on the sides only. Dumb design.

This drains on the sides & on the top!! You can "shed" & still finish your shower without standing in inches of water! Easy to clean! I really like this. You can use finger or tissue to clean hair that is in catcher. Probably should clean weekly for best results.

Seems to be a harder plastic instead of the rubber my previous one was, so I think this will be more mold-resitant too. 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement.

These work great and the hair catcher is easy to clean out. Unfortunately the rubber gripper is coming apart 13 months later... would expect a product like this to last a couple years. I'm replacing it with a different product.

My daughter and I both have fairly long hair and have had issues with clogged drains due to build-up of hair in the pipes. Previous drain protectors allowed a lot of hair to get through and I was often dealing with long, wet witch-like horrors when I pulled them out of the drain. This model forms the hair into perfect small rings that are easily removed and certainly not scary! We haven't had a drain clog since placing this product in our shower. Super easy to clean and does the job really well. Very satisfied!
