We were disappointed when Nature's Miracle changed to a weaker, heavily perfumed formula. Then, we were disappointed when they stopped making a replacement product that we'd found and liked just fine. Well this product seems to work just as well, if not better than either of our old favorites... and unfortunately we've had to use this a lot lately, due to one of our kitties being an a**hole and spraying to mark territory in the living room recently. We are sensitive to fragrace, and while this Non scents odor remover does have a slight bleach scent at 1st, it quickly dissipates and it hasn't stained or bleached anything in out home so far. And best of all, it works. In case you didnt know, Male cat pee has a Strong and awful odor, but this stuff seems to neutralize it, and and our house smells decent again. I just hope they don't change the freaking formula or stop making this product. May have to buy more and hoard bottles

Stubborn grout stains - worked great!

I am still in a liitle bit of shock at how well this worked. It is rare that I leave a review but this product and results compelled me to! I am in a rental and could never get the yellow out of the grout by the toilet (man splash!!). I even tried the magical grout cleaner starting with a “Z”. I will use this for dual purpose I have pets too, but without any elbow grease or scrubbing the results were quite noticeable to me. The fact that it is odor free is a huge bonus since my pets are sensitive to smells. Highly recommend!

Ever since natures miracle changed their formula from original light citrus scent to the noxious heavy perfumed version, I've been searching for an effective fragrance free cat urine treatment. For people with fragrance sensitivity, this is a good choice. Nearly undetectable smell. I find that it is effective at neutralizing cat urine odor. However, you may need to treat the area more than once so you may have to use more. I am not sure if it keeps cats,from going back to the same spot by completely eliminating odor at a molecular level ( my elderly cat seems to really like a particular area). But honestly the fact that it works okay AND is truly fragrance free is worth it to me.

Update (03/01/19): I’ve been using NonScents Pet Odor & Stain Remover Spray for several months now. It’s a wonderful product! It removes the pungent smell of cat urine and leaves a lightly clean bleach-like scent which does not linger. As mentioned in my previous review, I have a couple of male kitties that sometimes like to leave their mark so I truly rely on this product. One of my kitties likes the clean smell so much that he rolls around on the area that I cleaned with NonScents Spray! (Haha!) I’m so thankful that this product is NON-toxic so that I don’t have to worry about exposure to people and/or my kitties! Also, NonScents Spray has NOT affected the color of my carpet/fabric (but you should do a patch test first). Again, I really love this product! WooHoo!♥️😺

I love this product! It works to remove cat urine. I have a couple of male kitties that sometimes like to leave their marks. In the past, I used another brand that worked fairly well, but there still seemed to be a little lingering odor of urine and the scent of the product was not to my liking. Many reviews of this product claim that it smells like vinegar, but I disagree. In my opinion, the smell is similar to a lightly scented bleach, even though it is not bleach. Personally, I’m old school so I prefer the nice clean bleach-like scent that this spray leaves, and it also goes away after a little while. The spray doesn’t smell floral or fruity. Yay! The product itself works really well to remove recent urine spots. You can check it out, using a black light. This is my new “go to” pet cleaner! I’m so happy with NonScents Spray! I also love that it’s non-toxic so I don’t have to worry about using it around people and/or my precious kitties! LOVE IT! 😺❤️

I have hyperosmia (super power level sense of smell) and cannot handle most pet sprays. Even regular cleaning products that don't make me feel ill are hard to find...but the house MUST be kept clean because I can smell a mildewed washrag from 8' away and dog urine from the next room! If the puppy (a Shih Tzu with a little bit of Pug mixed in) messes in the middle of the night, the smell wakes me up.

I've used it extensively on vinyl plank flooring, wood furniture legs/kitchen island base, a hand-tufted wool rug 😑, the nice runner in the picture, and other throw rugs and runners, AND MY COUCH 🤬! None have ever suffered damage... and I was nervous about the nice rugs and couch.

I don't know what kind of magic surface my couch is made of, but I have used this spray to get dog urine, marker and ink pen off without a problem. (It feels like a cross between microfiber and leather.) Occasionally, I have had to clean off the exposed stitching at the seams a second time, but that makes sense since they absorb more. (This stupid nose smells the leftover urine after we sit on the couch a while and warm up the surface with our body heat 🤢.) I've even let the spray sit on the surface longer than normal so it would get down in the cracks as far as the "mess" did, with no damage.
Sheesh...this review is making me think that I should take out stock in the company 😆! I've NEVER had this much trouble house training a dog!

BOTTOM LINE: I won't buy anything else!

Has horrible bleach like odor

I was very disappointed in this product. I sprayed it in a small area and immediately there was a very strong odor of bleach type cleaners. When I read the ingredients it contains a" biodegradable chlorine base deodorizer."
I was very disappointed that it's sold as a "natural" product... I suppose technically it may be natural, but it smells even harsher than the average cheap chlorine-based products you could buy at Walmart.
My skin on my face was burning from just being in the room with this smell I had to open the windows to air out the room. I definitely not would not want to use it around my dogs.
