Even my hairdresser commented on it. 😊 I have tried TONS of shampoos from the drug store varieties to the most expensive salon ones. The price on this is a great value for shampoo, especially since it is natural and non-toxic. It is cleansing as well as moisturizing. The only thing that would make it better would be if I could get the same scent conditioner for the same price. Hands down my all time favorite shampoo!

The scent is amazing and unlike any other shampoo. Warm, spicy, and fresh. I hate how many shampoos have a chemical smell, and with Nature’s Gate I can tell just by the natural scent that it’s better for my hair. It also makes my hair look shiny and healthy. There are no silicones (which is a good thing), so with long hair, be prepared to use a leave-in conditioner at the end, because my hair can be tangly out of the shower even after using the conditioner. But when combed out and dried, my hair is so manageable. Nature’s gate-please keep the products coming!! I can’t wait until the herbal conditioner is restocked!

About18 months ago, the shampoo was no longer available and we began the parade of " natural, gentle and chemical free botanicals" to replace NG Herbal. Nothing worked the same. Then we added a medicated shampoo because our scalps began to itch and there was sometimes dandruff. ugh.

The shampoo arrived this weekend and needless to say, my hair and scalp greeted it like a long-lost friend. Thanks Nature's Gate.

To me the scent is a combination of chamomile, cinnamon, patchouli and cloves. I like how it lingers a bit after my hair dries. If you aren't into spicy herbal scents you may not like this. Where to start with this product...

I suffer from a dry sensitive scalp that hates chemicals, harsh products and can sometimes drive me crazy with itching especially suing the winter months.

After spending countless pounds and time researching, a lowly fellow on a message board suggested Natures gate to me.

I was in dire need at this point as my scalp was raw, itchy and driving me crazy.

I took the plunge and purchased this shampoo as well as the conditioner, yes it is a little pricy but I was desperate.

After the first few washes my scalp began to calm down and I was itch free and able to carry on as normal.

The winter months began to set in and the shampoo played its part and pushed me through the cold scalp drying months and into the other side still with a great feeling.

I would recommend this shampoo and have done to people who suffer similar issues to myself.

It's natural, chemical free and smells pretty good too.
