Andmekaitse Inspektsiooni nõuandetelefon 5620 2341 aitab jõuda pöördujal õigete vastusteni, esmaspäevast neljapäevani vahemikus 13.00-16.00.
Sekkumistaotlust käsitleme vastavalt selle sisule kas kaebusena, vaidena teise haldusorgani tegevuse peale või märgukirjana.
Selgitustaotlusega saate inspektsioonilt küsida asutuse seisukohti, tõlgendusi või praktilist infot. Selgitustaotlusele vastatakse märgukirjale ja selgitustaotlusele vastamise ning kollektiivse pöördumise esitamise seaduse alusel 30 päeva jooksul.
Teabenõude saate meile esitada, kui soovite saada dokumenti, mis on Andmekaitse Inspektsioonis juba olemas. Teabenõudega võite küsida välja näiteks mingi varasema kirja või juba tehtud otsuse.
Andmetöötleja peab rikkumisteate esitama hiljemalt 72 tundi pärast isikuandmetega seotud rikkumisest teada saamist.
Saate esitada vaide inspektsiooni enda tegevuse peale, kui soovite, et vaadatakse üle inspektsiooni otsus või tegevus, mis puudutab Teie õigusi. Vaie tuleb esitada 30 päeva jooksul vaidlustatavast otsusest või tegevusest teada saamisest. Vaiet ei saa esitada, kui olete samas asjas kohtusse pöördunud.
