The WORTH II 3rd Call for Projects has officially closed!
From the 12th September to the 12th December 2023, creatives from all corners of the lifestyle industry sent in their ideas! With 142 applications, 320 applicants from 34 EU-COSME-associated states and the UK, the success of the WORTH II 3rd Call exceeded all our expectations.
The selection results
After a rigorous evaluation process, we have carefully selected 69 exceptional projects from 25 EU and COSME countries, featuring a total of 158 partners. These visionary projects will now embark on an exclusive incubation program, valued at €60K, to nurture their innovative ideas and drive their success.

INSPIRING INNOVATION THROUGH CREATIVE CONNECTIONS AROUND EUROPE
WORTH Partnership Project is funded by the European Commission under COSME, the EU Programme for the competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
WORTH is the sole European project where designers, SMEs, manufacturers, and tech providers work together to develop innovative, design-oriented business ideas.
The project focuses on lifestyle industries, including fashion and textile, footwear, leather and fur, furniture/home decoration/architecture/interior design, jewellery and accessories.
The project provides companies with an incubation programme to develop new businesses, including a) 10.000 to 20.000 € in financial support; b) coaching on business strategy and technology development; c) legal advice on intellectual property rights and protection; d) participation in exhibitions; e) networking and professional links.
Launched in 2021, WORTH II follows the success of the first edition (2017-2021). 202 transnational partnerships will be selected in three calls for proposals, involving partners from EU-27, UK and COSME countries.

SwitchBag is a backpack, an office, a nomadic home, a decoration object, an organizer… it switches to adapt its environment.
ZEROBARRACENTO is a made in Italy outerwear brand with focus on zero-waste product development and a fully transparent DNA.
We Rewind Knitwear
Knitink is a new circular method focused on the production of knitwear that allows the recovery of material from garments at the end of their life cycle with less energy expenditure.
KinecTILES is a collection of 3D interior panels that are cut from a single sheet of plywood, transforming the material into a flexible, translucent kinetic object.
WNIR weaves rugs with digital materials to mediate stories of Anatolian rug patterns through touch and sound interaction, creating enticing aesthetic experiences in contemporary interiors.
Webs of Power: NatureaCulturea mixes ancient practices with modernity, interlacing cryptic messages and craft materials to compose a tapestry of interconnected narratives.
