Motorized Flooring Cutters
Vidir’s Motorized Flooring Cutter nests seamlessly with Vidir Carousels providing the perfect solution to allow a single individual to unroll, inspect, measure, cut, and re-roll rolls of carpet without ever having to remove the roll from the carousel.
Vidir’s Flooring Cutters feature either mechanical or electronic counters, a rotary cutting system, and a re-roll system. Vidir’s Motorized Flooring Cutters are available in 2 models to fit your cutter requirements:

Cut N Roll Features
- Automated operation - an electronic counter allows you to enter a preset length and when the material reaches that desired length, it will slow and stop automatically.
- A simple to operate directional switch and control buttons for ease of use
- A patented rotary cutter provides a clean, straight cut and includes a blade sharpener to automatically sharpen the blade after each cut
- Foot control allows for operation away from the control panel. A cord across the bottom of the machine can be pressed with the foot from anywhere along the cutter to start cutting
- A highly accurate electronic counter allows for readings in imperial or metric
- A variable speed control allows the user to set a comfortable pace when measuring lengths
- Patented re-roll cradle to easily re-roll and package material
- Lockable swivel casters allow the unit to be moved to and from the carousel
- Bumpers on the back are there to allow the cutter to be safely pushed up against the carousel
- Totally enclosed motor keeps carpet fibers out
- The included Security Keypad prevents unauthorized use
- A movable fold-up with belts helps cradle and start your roll
Rack N Roll Features
- Patented rotary cutter provides a clean, straight cut. Includes a blade sharpener to automatically sharpen the blade after each cut
- Foot control allows for operation away from the control panel. A cable across the bottom of the machine can be pressed with the foot from anywhere along the cutter to start cutting
- Optional Truemeasure mechanical counting system measures Imperial or Metric
- Pinch roller pulls materials through the machine without damage
- Locking swivel casters allow the unit to be moved to and from the carousel
- Bumpers are there to allow the cutter to be safely pushed up to the carousel
- Totally enclosed motors keep carpet fibers out
- Security Keypad prevents unauthorized use
- Simple to operate directional switch and cutter button for ease of use
- There are 2 stationary rollers with grip tape to aid the roll once it is formed by the operator, usually attached to a cardboard core
