Amazing life/job saving experience with the lady on the till in Liverpool lime street station Friday morning! I came from Doncaster for a works cruise ship visit to take pix & my fone was dieing, charger not working & a really kind, helpful, patient & professional lady helped me sort what I needed! I Can't thank her enough for today, she went above & beyond to help me get the right charger & pad & is a total credit to WHSmith! The best customer service experience I ever had. Books arrived promptly, in great condition and in the most hardy delivery box I have ever held. Bought a couple of the same series of books at the same time from Amazon and the quality and care given to the books were in a different league; they were dirty and came scuffed. The box they came in was way too flimsy with no packing inside to stop the books from jostling about - unlike your packing. 5/5 service, I will be singing your praises and using WHSmith for any future book buying needs.

Easy to order and pay and was delivered as promised. Only downside was that whoever delivered it through it over 6 foot tall wooden, electric gates rather than ringing the bell to be let in. It's a good job it was only a diary being delivered not anything breakable

My purchase was bought on line. Delivery was spot on. Unfortunately, it was a birthday present for my grandson.... it was duplicated!! So it had to be returned. This was done at the Neath store. It was carried out professionally without any quibble. Repayment complete in a couple of hours.

Found what I wanted but the search engine on your site is rubbish. It showed me almost no options when I searched for diaries but there were lots of options if I navigated through the menu screens.

Excellent service quick efficient and on time. Only thing I’d say is to get free shipping is obviously 2 items and both items came separately and on different days . Ship them together next time save yourselves some money 👍 apart from that top job

Really happy with my purchase, website easy to use, speedy delivery and they dispatch items as soon as possible rather than waiting until everything is in stock. Good email updates, packaging very good, I got their own brand colouring pencils on sale and they are amazing! Very high quality and easy to hold!! I got free delivery as spent over £25 but on things I wanted and some items half price! Would recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again! Very happy with my whole experience from start to finish!

I went to the WH Smith in Leeds city centre and was disgusted by the racism’s and unprofessionalism, I received from a staff member called Niamh. Then another female colleague came and started accusing me of being rude, I felt bullied at this point. Niamh’s told us to shut up and started laughing and walked off. Prior to this she had been aggressive and rude, I’m shocked and very disappointed and will not be returning to WH Smith ever again!!
I’m extremely worried about the vulnerable customers that come to WH Smith!!

What went wrong ! booksellers named by UK Prisons allow you to order for inmates. W.H.Smith, Blackstones and Waterstones, all Zionist entities, that's not what went wrong. Yes books arrive on time, but it takes 2 weeks to get to remand prisoner. Reason, could be spice laced pages. If that is the case, then why can you only order from 3 Zionist financed companies ? Its corruption at the highest levels. I bought books through companies they list, only because I thought that the reason for only 3 companies prisoners can get books from, was security. W.H.Smith is a corrupt institution along with Blackstones and Waterstones. Its evil that Zionist companies also control books to Prisons. If you have a family member in UK prisons then dont buy through above companies. EVIL
