WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP.IF YOUR A SOLE TRADER
YOUR ON YOUR OWN,SET UP A LIMITED COMPANY YOU GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING,GO OUT OF BUSINESS FRIDAY OWING MILLIONS START MONDAY CLEAN SHEET,THATS A FACT.UK FINNSHED,CHECK THE RUNNING COSTS FSB,THEY SAY IT'S A NONE PROFIT ORGANISATION EYE RIGHT

Superb events

Superb events , I have only joined FSB couple months ago but already been in events face to face and online . Super inclusive with hundreds of benefits at click of a button . Don’t hesitate to join if in doubt get in touch with a rep or join their free events 🙏

It can be very lonely being a small…

It can be very lonely being a small business and no one knows this better than an independent financial advisor specialising in business consultancy and wealth advice for this segment.

This is where I see tremendous value in being a member of the Federation of Small Business in Kent.

Tim Aker from FSB Kent has been an excellent advocate for the small business community in Kent - This has enabled us to raise our profile and contribute our expertise in various networking events and on BBC radio Kent.

In the last couple of months, I’ve made connections with some leading accountancy and HR consultancy firms which has provided a huge boost to my business.

The ecosystem and hive mind FSB creates to exchange ideas, opportunities and boost confidence is absolutely fantastic.

FSB Introduction

The presentation received was extremely thorough and gave good understanding of what the FSB had to offer.
Justin gave excellent presentation and explained content in a relaxed and understandable manner.
I'd would definitely recommend all new FSB members undertake the Intro call.

Onboarding was excellent

Onboarding was excellent - a full tour of all benefits with a knowledgeable and friendly advisor. There's loads of support available and lots of advice lines and insurance included.

Encouraging and Supportive, Especially the Peer Support!

I have been a member of the FSB for several businesses now and when I launched my new business last year joining was very high on my to do list!
I have enjoyed networking events, training, general support and most recently a peer support group over several months.
The genuine interest in me and my business has really instilled new confidence in me, allowing me to try to things and build my network. With tips, insights and introductions it is a must in my opinion!

Initial call with FSB with Justin

I had a call with Justin today to explain the benefits of joining the FSB. He was very friendly and clearly explained everything I would need to know focusing on the bits that were most relevant to me. Excellent start to my membership and made me feel I’d made the right move to join FSB.

Claim to support sme s they don’t be wary of joining them.

No I've made two phones calls I've received no assistance. I think you should re look at the banking relationship?

Fantastic business support

We were worried when we first joined as we were a new business but the support we have had has been incredible. Networking has been fantastic not just for the business as we have met some great people but whenever we have needed advice they have always come and sat with us. They have helped us in securing some big contracts as well.

Excellent value for money for anybody with a small business

Just joined the FSB and can’t believe what you get for your money! It offers really good value for any small business in terms of the resources available and the protection it offers. Martin did my introductory familiarisation session covering the website and all the resources and was superb. Looking forward to using all of my benefits whilst I setup my new business. Thanks.

I regularly attend The Devon & Cornwall…

I regularly attend The Devon & Cornwall Women In Business online networking, and all other local online meet-ups - it is a lifeline for those of use who run small businesses, in the South West!
It is a fantastic way to get to know and to easily network with local small businesses, which you cannot really do with national meetings.
I have only the highest praise for the staff who run the meetings and especially Ness Gale, who is such a great host.
Having attended many Devon & Cornwall FSB network meetings, and would recommend the FSB to anyone running a small business, for their support and guidance.

The value of the Women in Business online networking events

The online networking events, and specifically those aimed at Women in Business, have been a wonderful additional benefit of the FSB.

I have 'travelled' all over the country since these began and made many good contacts, and true friends. The regional events are especially valuable as they are smaller and more personal.

Shout out for the Devon & Cornwall Women's networking

I have been networking with FSB now since the 1st lockdown. I find it really easy to decide what I want to attend, and book it.
My favourite networking group is the Women's Devon and Cornwall group, ( I live in Devon). This is one of the smaller groups, which is one of the reasons I love it. Very supportive, friendly, and welcoming. Usually a mix of people I know pretty well now, and new attendees. Ness is the host, and she is absolutely lovely. She is particularly great at placing people together who she thinks will gel, in breakout rooms.
I look forward to this event every month.

I recently joined FSB. A few days later, I received a welcoming phone call and the opportunity to book a further call with one of their advisors to learn more about the benefits FSB offers its members. After an hour working through the different areas of the website, I was surprised at the extent of resources available. Definately worth an hour of my time...thank you Morgan!

A great FSB event celebrating it's 50th anniversary.

I did not know what to expect from this FSB event. It was worth the journey. The event was action packed from start to finish with a variety of speakers speaking on topics that impact businesses. There were nuggets for all business types to take away. The venue was easy to find and everything was well organised. A day well-spent with the
opportunity to also network with like-minded people. (Tutoristic)
