They are now seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant.This position is a hybrid role and will be part office based in Redditch, Worcestershire and part home based. It is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.
Job Purpose
To provide support to the team for social media and content creation. Working as a crucial part of the company, the successful candidate will support the creation and implementation of delivering the B2B and B2C marketing strategy.
Scheduling content across all social media platforms under the portfolio for both B2B and B2C including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
Make regular posts across all platforms as per the brand KPIs
Content creation: graphic design, photo editing, video editing, video creation, outsourcing user generated content
Write content briefs for team content days
Keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithms
Plan and organise content as per agreed campaigns and trends
Influencer outreach for content generation, increased brand awareness and sales
Analyse brand social media performance and report analytics to the Digital Marketing Manager
Upload blog content and images to the websites (using WordPress)
Support the Digital Marketing Manager with other activities such as email marketing, events and external communication with third parties.
Qualifications And Experience
Previous graphic design and social media experience
Excellent digital and social media skill set
Creative, innovative thinker with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Clear and concise written skills
Ability to understand analytics and reporting
Ability to prioritise and work efficiently

In return, our Client is offering a basic salary of c£26,000 per annum, (salary is negotiable and dependent on experience. More may be available), plus benefits.
