What You'll Do
Directly line manage a team of Producers delivering across multiple channels, including Print, OOH, DOOH, Press & DM.
Manage individual campaigns and production for delivery on Press, OOH and DOOH adaptations for multiple markets with 3rd party suppliers and our in-house team.
Work closely with the account teams and stakeholders putting together production reports and timings on briefs, ensuring live dates are met.
Highlight and troubleshoot any problematic issues within our working process.
Liaise with internal departments for creative approvals and manage feedback.
Keep the Head of Production updated with projects, whilst escalating any issues.
Work in partnership with QA teams to ensure master assets are correct and suitable for adaptation.
Brief SC Studio artworking team on requirements, ensuring all creative work is built to spec and adheres to brand guidelines.
Review media plans and liaise with publishers and media agencies to acquire detailed specs on all formats and special builds.
Contribute to status meetings with project teams to ensure timings, costs and schedules are adhered to.
What You'll Bring
Proven strong leadership skills within a process driven production environment.
Clear demonstrable experience within a production team of a busy agency.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, A hands-on team player and people developer with proven track record to get the best out of individuals and a team.
The ability to handle multiple campaigns and work under pressure and to tight timescales. Technical knowledge and understanding of TTL creative work and production processes.
Ability to foster good relationships with all internal departments and cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project from brief to delivery with a consistent record of running budgets and forward planning.
