This office based role works within the Revlon Professional business, with liaison across Mass & Prestige divisions to ensure retailer relationship cohesion. Leading the Pro-Retail Channel & responsible for sales of Revlon Professional & American Crew brands into retail.

They will report to the General Manager Pro UKI, work extremely closely with their Finance controller, Pro Marketing and cross-functionally with brand, supply & service teams. They will also work with the ecommerce teams and ensure cohesive customer relationships. The individual will take full responsibility for existing customer relationships & management & development & acquisition of new retail customers within the Pro-Retail channel and growth of the Revlon Professional & American Crew brand.



Key Responsibilities:

• To achieve Company sales & EBITDA targets with Revlon Professional & American Crew brands

• To develop and grow existing Pro Retail relationships & open new with key external clients.

• Provide accurate financial forecasting and volume forecasting for account.

• Develop and implement strategy for relevant brands across the range, customers, and promotional parameters.

• Deliver sales and account gross sales value, trade spend and net sales value in line with company budgets.

• Measure progress on Revlon Professional and customer key deliverables through development of a Revlon/retailer JBP.

• Implement Trade terms and conditions as well as promotional plans.

• Negotiation and account contact strategy with each account

• Accurate account stockholding analysis (in warehouse and in store) and management thereafter. • Provide relevant account performance information to wider Revlon Business Teams

• Liaison with EMEA & Global Marketing & Pro Retail partners to ensure retailer consistency

• Sharing of best practices, cross division & in other Revlon Pro markets

• P & L responsibility and ownership

• Invoice and Credit management.

• Liaise with Customer Managers and internal Marketing department colleagues to produce accurate and timely plans for promotional activity for designated accounts, with these implemented to agreed standards.

• Encourage and facilitate contact between wider Revlon Business Team and relevant counterpart within the account.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key external clients

• Provide accurate financial forecasting and volume forecasting for account.

• Be accountable for a range of commercial negotiations e.g. JBPs, space/location in store, new launches.

• Provide relevant account performance information to wider Revlon Business Teams and make valid recommendations to implement solutions and continually improve performance.

• Technical skills:

Highly numerate – strong analytical skillset, solid understanding of P&Ls and a high level of computer literacy, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.


• Qualifications/ experience:

o An experienced sales person with a proven track record in the Professional Hair industry and /or health and beauty or FMCG at SNAM or NAM level.

o Major UKI retailer experience (specifically Boots/Superdrug)

o Experience Launching pro haircare brands into UKI retailer landscape o Management experience preferred but not essential.

o P&L experience preferred

o Key Account training and negotiation skills training preferred.


Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
