The vision of the Brand Management and Operations team is to build an iconic global brand with local relevance in EMEA. We are the guardians of the lululemon brand, ensuring we show up in the right way across all channels. We fuel business success by connecting consumers to our purpose and values in every campaign. We make the feel and performance of our products famous, and drive awareness, familiarity and demand for lululemon in region.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • The Senior Manager, Brand role is an experienced marketer providing expertise across Brand Strategy, Management and Operations, responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that deliver into regional business and brand objectives. This role reports into the Director, Brand Management & Creative and currently has one direct report.
  • Strategic planning and ownership of the annual brand calendar for EMEA.
  • Source and socialise regional brand and guest insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Work with channel owners and creative partners to tailor global campaigns for key market implementation and create net-new in-region campaigns that answer business needs.
  • Oversee the full life cycle of all regional marketing campaigns including insights, ideation, KPIs, cross-channel and global alignment, implementation and review.
  • Brand leadership of the EMEA go-to-market process including collaborating with regional Product partners to ensure teams bring our priority products to market backed by powerful storytelling that resonates across the entire region, including with franchise partners.
  • Regional brand champion and guardian – integrating consistent, engaging brand storytelling into multiple touchpoints (retail, ecommerce, social etc.) to drive familiarity.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant in-house and/or agency experience as a strategist/planner ideally for a premium, purpose-led, global brand.
  • Demonstrable experience growing a consumer base using innovative ideas without compromising brand equity.
  • Agency management experience.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong geopolitical understanding with experience working across multiple different markets.
