Role Overview

The Senior Integrated Producer is responsible for overseeing the production of complex and high-profile projects/campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Senior Producers have a deep understanding of all aspects of production, from budgeting and scheduling to staffing and talent management. They are also skilled in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively with all members of the production team.

Collaborative, hands-on and extremely organised, you will oversee and managing multiple projects, making sure everyone is working to the best of their abilities while staying within time and budget constraints.

With an interest in storytelling and innovation, you will be a fast learner and natural problem solver, with a good sense of humour. Ideally, we are looking for someone with solid agency experience, working with large brands, client facing and managing teams.

As a Senior Integrated Producer at La Plage, you will:

  • Assist Client Services during the pitching process by providing budgetary and timeline forecasts and production knowledge (detailing project scope and deliverables)
  • Oversee the development and execution of production plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Manage all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, talent management, and logistics
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations
  • Communicate effectively with all members of the production team, including creatives, technical specialists, and vendors
  • Build teams, booking resources and helping with resourcing team members whenever necessary.
  • Ensure that all objectives / deliverables of the project are met within budget and agreed timeline and following scope
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other producers
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the production process. Manage and resolve production problems and conflicts
  • Hold regular meetings with each project team and arrange milestone meetings with senior staff. (Client Services / Executive Producer)
  • Serve as the main point of coordination and contact between the day-to-day production team and the project's senior/management staff. (Client Services / Executive Producer)
  • Forecast delays, risks, budgetary implications or other shortfalls and communicating issues to Client Services / Executive Producer as necessary
  • Supervising project closure


The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience supporting teams during pre-planning and discovery phases
  • Have previous experience in drafting, writing and managing SOWs, RAMS, Change Orders, Collaboration Agreements, SLAs, Maintenance Agreements, Project Timelines, Reports
  • Have a proven track record working in fast-paced environments
  • Have experience working on complex projects with multiple deliverables (large campaigns, VR, OOH, media content for TV or online and print
  • Have a degree in a related field, such as film, television, or business administration
  • Have experience working in an agency, with a focus on managing complex and high-profile projects
  • Have a strong understanding of all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, staffing, talent management, and logistics
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Have the aAbility to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • The ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively
