About the role...


As a Senior Account Director, you will be the strategic lead on multiple high-profile client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional marketing campaigns and shopper experiences. You will collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute innovative strategies that achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, commercial and excellent leadership skills.


About you...


To be considered for this Senior Account Director role, you'll have experience of working in an agency (retail focused is a bonus!) and a good understanding of budget management and financial accountability - driving the growth! You'll be well versed in client pitches and thrive on developing existing and new business relationships.
