Reporting to: Sales Director
Job type: Full time (8:30am to 5:00pm), Monday to Friday (additional hours may also be required on both weekday and weekends)
Job Purpose: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible to drive and achieve sales targets, supporting the Sales function of the company.

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible to drive and achieve sales targets, supporting the Sales function of the company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all quotes and orders are processed in line with the sales guidelines
- Support relevant regions where and when required
- Upholding great response times
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
- Efficiently handle multiple requests of order processing from various regional managers
- Sales orders – entering and managing orders
- Quotations - creating and sending quotes to customers when required
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- To aid the company to meet sales targets and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales contracts, and invoices
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Keeping an eye on all open sales orders to ensure goods are reserved and dispatched in time
- Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales administrator
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Intermediate excel and IT skills
- Understanding of various sales/quote KPI’s
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Project and time management skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Experience in the aerospace industry will also be seen as an advantage
