Reporting to: Sales Director

Job type: Full time (8:30am to 5:00pm), Monday to Friday (additional hours may also be required on both weekday and weekends)

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible to drive and achieve sales targets, supporting the Sales function of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all quotes and orders are processed in line with the sales guidelines
  • Support relevant regions where and when required
  • Upholding great response times
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order flow
  • Efficiently handle multiple requests of order processing from various regional managers
  • Sales orders – entering and managing orders
  • Quotations - creating and sending quotes to customers when required
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • To aid the company to meet sales targets and report any deviations
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales contracts, and invoices
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Keeping an eye on all open sales orders to ensure goods are reserved and dispatched in time

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales support or Sales administrator
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate excel and IT skills
  • Understanding of various sales/quote KPI’s
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Project and time management skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Experience in the aerospace industry will also be seen as an advantage
